Delivery Lead

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for creating the conditions for successful delivery across the product lifecycle. You will lead agile delivery practices, foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement, and ensure that teams are empowered, aligned, and focused on outcomes.

✔️Requirements:

✅Proven experience delivering digital products, platforms, or services using agile methodologies at least 5 years.

✅A strong understanding of the full product delivery lifecycle and the ability to plan and lead across all phases.

✅Demonstrated ability to matrix-manage multidisciplinary teams and influence across organizational boundaries.

✅Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

✅A track record of building inclusive, psychologically safe team environments.

✅Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

✅A passion for public service and delivering meaningful outcomes for diverse audiences.

✔Supporting the Senior Product Manager in translating product strategy into actionable delivery plans.

✔Navigating ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed environment, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

✔Championing a culture of transparency, accountability, and iterative learning.

✔Coaching and mentoring delivery team members.
