Junior Business Development Manager

We are a software development and service company working on projects for clients in Europe, the US, and Israel. Our team consists entirely of developers working part-time or full-time on various projects.

Currently, we are in the early stages of building our brand and entering the market. To support this growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist, with the potential to grow.

Requirements: 

- Research, Market Analysis and Analytical skills. Ability to gather and interpret data on market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities to contribute to business development goals and KPIs;

- Basic Understanding of IT/Tech Industry;

- Problem-solving mindset;

- English: Upper+.

Nice to have: 

- Bachelor’s degree or student in Computer Science or Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);

- IT Sales experience.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting market research and analysis

- Assisting in the branding and go-to-market process

- Supporting pre-sales activities in the long run
