What we’re looking for:
- A strong communicator who enjoys negotiating and problem-solving.

- A multitasker who can juggle different tasks and prioritize effectively.
- An active and open-minded person who can build relationships with services.
- Upper-Intermediate English is a must.
What you'll do:
- Negotiate discounts with service providers on behalf of our clients.
- Solve client issues related to services, including answering questions about special pricing offers.
- Handle objections, refusals, and find alternative solutions.
- Apply clients to special credit & savings programs with AWS, Microsoft, MongoDB, and others.
- Managing multiple tasks at once, staying organized while working with different services and clients.
- Filling out documents and maintaining statistics, ensuring all processes are well-documented.
