What we’re looking for:

  • A strong communicator who enjoys negotiating and problem-solving.

  • A multitasker who can juggle different tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • An active and open-minded person who can build relationships with services.
  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must.

 

What you'll do:

  • Negotiate discounts with service providers on behalf of our clients.
  • Solve client issues related to services, including answering questions about special pricing offers.
  • Handle objections, refusals, and find alternative solutions.
  • Apply clients to special credit & savings programs with AWS, Microsoft, MongoDB, and others.
  • Managing multiple tasks at once, staying organized while working with different services and clients.
  • Filling out documents and maintaining statistics, ensuring all processes are well-documented.
