We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our client pipeline and support our overall sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by measurable impact.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, and others.
  • Outbound Outreach: Develop tailored outreach messaging and engage key decision-makers through multichannel communication.
  • Sales Enablement: Support strategic planning, prepare sales materials, and coordinate introductory calls.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data, track interactions, and ensure consistent pipeline updates.

     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or lead generation.
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical abilities.
  • Persistent, self-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

     

Nice to Have:

  • Practical experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach processes.
  • Familiarity with lead generation workflows, automation tools, and multichannel outreach strategies.
