Senior DevOps Offline

We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech company specializing in flash memory and data storage solutions. They’re headquartered in the U.S. with a strong R&D presence in Israel. They’re now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic, collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS, including cost optimization, provisioning, and networking
• Solid production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Confidence in managing complex Kubernetes setups (Helm, services, ingresses, load balancers)
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix internals and performance tuning
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Programming skills – ideally in Python
• Shell scripting experience
• Familiarity with SRE best practices and monitoring stacks (especially Prometheus)

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and fine-tune multi-cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
• Manage and maintain CI tools (GitLab CI and Jenkins)
• Improve and support development and release environments
• Maintain production infrastructure across AWS and GCP
• Build and support internal R&D toolchains and deployment pipelines
• Automate on-premises infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Develop and lead monitoring, telemetry, alerting, and logging services

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling
• Familiarity with managing package repositories (RPMs, PyPI, NPM)
• Development of Ansible roles, modules, and collections
• GitLab and GitLab CI management experience
• Hands-on with HashiCorp tools – Terraform, Packer, Vault, Consul, Vagrant
• Experience automating deployment of on-prem lab hardware
