Payment IQ Administrator

BitTech, our long-term partner from Israeli hi-tech domain, designs and delivers multi-technology software systems for financial services industry as advanced and innovative B2B Forex solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on PaymentIQ Administrator to manage the configuration and daily operations of our PaymentIQ platform. You will be responsible for integrating new payment providers and ensuring smooth and secure transaction processing across various payment methods, including cards and APMs (Alternative Payment Methods).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and configure new PSPs and APMs in PaymentIQ (API credentials, MIDs, secret keys, custom fields).
• Act as the main technical point of contact for PaymentIQ, handling updates, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Work directly with PSP technical teams to ensure proper integration and compliance.
• Monitor transactions, investigate errors, and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Assist with testing and deploying updates in staging and production.
• Maintain system documentation and internal guides.

SKILLS

• Hands-on experience with PaymentIQ (Worldline) or similar payment orchestration tools.
• Good knowledge of card payments, PSPs, APMs, and related technologies (3DS, tokens, payouts, etc.).
• Strong skills in API integration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, iframes).
• Experience working with PSPs or payment vendors.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Nice to have:
  • Experience in fintech or high-risk industries.
  • Understanding of PCI-DSS and payment security standards.
