Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on Lifetime Value (LTV), not just one-time sales.
* Hire, onboard, and train a team of chatters.
* Team management: control KPIs, motivation, and mentorship.
* Analyze departmental performance and optimize processes.
* Serve as a chatter yourself at the beginning to fully understand all processes.
Must-have Requirements:
* Experience in B2C online sales (US market).
* Experience managing remote teams (3+ people).
* Experience in building a sales department from scratch.
* Knowledge of sales psychology and building long-term relationships.
* English level: C1+ (written and oral).
* Stable internet connection and power supply.
Nice to have:
* Experience working with Filipino teams.
* Understanding of the OnlyFans platform specifics.
