International B2B Sales Manager Offline

LIPSS is a single-brand lip care line that combines aesthetics, functionality, and emotional satisfaction. We've already made a name for ourselves in the Ukrainian beauty industry and are now actively expanding into the EU and US markets.

We’re looking for an experienced International B2B Sales Manager to help us enter new markets, establish structured overseas sales processes, and grow our export distribution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and engage international B2B clients (approx. 70% inbound, 30% outbound).
  • Conduct negotiations and close contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle β€” from initial contact to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain a database of international partners.
  • Collaborate with logistics, accounting, and the international trade team to support deals.
  • Research new markets and analyse competitors.

     

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales in international markets.
  • Background in the beauty, fashion, food, FMCG, or e-commerce industries.
  • Hands-on experience with European and/or US markets.
  • Solid understanding of international trade processes and export documentation.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and a sense of ownership.
