eCRM IT Business Process Automation Developer (web development, R D)

A partner of Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for an eCRM IT Business Process Automation Developer to join Consumer Experience team. We propose to work with eCommerce & CRM solutions for IQOS in Ukraine. 

You will be responsible and involved to process of building interfaces (web, API), development and testing business processes. Your main counterparts would be Product owner, Product Team, IT Team and third-party business partners (IT).

Key responsibilities:

• Building interfaces (web, API) for interactions with customers
• Building web interfaces (landing pages, surveys, invitation process, etc)
• Integration of API in business processes  
• Preparing and update technical documentation 
• Preparing requirements for development
• Performing integration testing and running UAT
• Performing communications with IT team and third-party business partners  (IT)
  
  Requirements (basic):
• Experience as System Analyst / BA/ QA / full-stack Dev / web Dev / FE Dev
• Experience in preparing SQL requests – strong skills 
• Understanding of web services (REST, Web API), best practices
• Experience in Low-code development solutions (Corezoid, Node-Red, n8n, etc) using JavaScript
• Experience in JavaScript usage
• Experience in preparation requirements for development/integration – strong skills
• Experience in git usage
• Understanding of OOP principles, SDLC principles
  • English: Intermediate (B1) and higher, Ukrainian: intermediate or fluent
• Communication skills, critical and analytical thinking, focus for Business objectives, problem-solving skills

Will be advantage (expertise-defining skills):

• Experience as product owner / product manager on ecom project
• Experience as FE/BE developer
• Experience in NodeJS usage
• Corezoid specialist certification: level Middle or higher
• Experience in developing Corezoid Projects
• Experience in developing simulator.company/control.events Projects
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google cloud, Azure, etc)
• Experience managing/supporting of several campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in building highly loaded transactional processes with scalable approach
• Experience in writing automated tests (based on SQL, Low-Code solutions, monitoring tools)
• Understanding of Corezoid bot platform
• Experience in DWH
• Experience in data bases: Redshift / PostgreSql / MS SQL / Oracle / Sybase IQ
• Experience in AI custom solutions (local LLM, RAG, vector db, etc.)
• Experience in scheduled/triggered SQL cron jobs, stored procedures
• Experience in SQL request script optimizations, query cost estimation, query plan
• Experience in work at wide team environment
• Understanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologies
• Experience with task tracking system (Jira, Trac, Redmine etc),  knowledgebase (Confluence, MediaWiki etc)
