Most of our clients are tech startups so we are looking for a person who is ready to dive into the emerging world of startups and comfortable working in a fast and frequently changing environment.

Who we’re looking for:

An open-minded, humble team player eager to grow. You’ve graduated from top Ukrainian universities (UCU, KPI, NULP, Lviv Franko, etc.) and have hands-on experience leading small engineering teams (3–5 devs) across multiple projects.

You're confident in designing scalable backend systems with Python, skilled in FastAPI or Flask, and comfortable with cloud services and CI/CD. You write clean code, care about architecture, and have a public portfolio (GitHub, open projects). Strong communication and mentoring come naturally to you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of AI/ML-powered backend systems
• Own architectural decisions and define project structure
• Oversee code quality, testing, and documentation
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth
• Act as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders
• Collaborate on pre-sales and solution engineering
• Ensure timely delivery across multiple teams and sprints
• Work in Agile teams and uphold Agile values
• Write clear and structured technical documentation
