711media is seeking a Workflow Automation Engineer Lead to drive the technical track of our automation projects. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, offering the opportunity to both contribute directly to solution implementation and guide a small team of engineers.
You will be at the core of our automation strategy—supporting pre-sales, designing scalable solutions, showcasing innovation with AI integration, and ensuring high-quality delivery across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical implementation of workflow automation projects
- Act as both a hands-on-developer and technical lead on multiple projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements
- Design and architect automation solutions using modern platforms
- Build and validate proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for clients
- Oversee and mentor a team of 2–3 engineers
- Participate in pre-sales and client workshops to define solution scope
- Research and apply innovative approaches (e.g. AI, LLMs) within automation contexts
- Follow industry news and innovations
- Open to learn new techniques
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar low-code/no-code platforms
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and protocols (HTTP, JSON, OAuth)
- Proficiency with Postman or similar tools for API testing and debugging
- Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) in automation workflows (prompting, fine-tuning, implementation)
- Proficient in backend development using Python, PHP, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of database architecture and integration
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, and client workshops
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of delivered automation projects and a solid project portfolio
- English: Full professional proficiency
