Senior Python/AI Developer

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to build the backbone of a platform that will redefine public services in Slovakia. Our project, Norvas, aims to bring cutting-edge AI to government, and we need a strong engineering leader to make it scalable and reliable.

You will be responsible for designing and building robust APIs, managing data pipelines, and integrating sophisticated AI models (LLMs, NLP, RAG) into a production-ready system. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of modern backend development and applied AI, all while contributing to a project with massive societal impact.

Note: We are currently in the proposal stage for a major grant. This initial phase involves presenting a credible team. We are looking for candidates open to a non-binding consulting agreement initially, with a clear path to a full-time or part-time paid role upon securing funding (decision expected in ~4 weeks).
