Technical Support Engineer (Python knowledge required) Offline
We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our remote team and ensure smooth operation of our applications during weekday night shifts (Monday–Friday, 23:00–07:00 GMT+3). This position focuses on monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high service reliability.

🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 23:00–07:00 (GMT+3)
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Provide timely and professional support to users via chat, email, and ticketing platforms
- Monitor infrastructure and application performance, ensuring uptime and stability
- Troubleshoot bugs and escalate critical issues to the development team
- Perform regular checks on cloud systems and resolve infrastructure-level problems
- Log incidents, track resolutions, and maintain internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure seamless transitions and information flow
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1(0.5+) year of hands-on experience with Python and Django
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3)
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Clear communicator, able to work independently and with teams
🌟 Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of web application security principles
- Background working in Agile/Scrum environments
