Product UX Researcher

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Product UX Researcher to join our team!

If you're passionate about iGaming, know the ins and outs of affiliate marketing, and thrive in fast-paced environments — we want to hear from you. This role blends strategy with execution: from shaping campaigns to leading production and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Perform surveys, interviews, and focus groups for obtaining actionable insights about the consumer’s needs and product usage experience;

- Perform consumer research and competitive analyses to develop in-depth knowledge of buyer personas, key category trends, and competitive landscape;

- Working with research tools as the key to finding ideas and hypotheses.

Requirements:

- Experience in the position of Product Marketing Manager, UX Researcher from 1 year;

- Experience with web, mobile;

- Multifunctional work with different stakeholders;

- Experience with marketing research:

- NPS;

- CES & CSAT;

- CSI.

- Product & Competitors research;

- Custdev full cycle;

- Experience in depth interviews;

- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research;

- Knowledge how to create person portraits.
