Senior Business Trainer

We are looking for a Senior Business Trainer to join our team!

What we’re looking for:
— Certified coaching credentials or specialized training background;
— 3+ years of hands-on experience creating and delivering training programs for managers;
— Real-world experience in team management;
— Relevant higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, psychology, or philology);
— Strong grasp of group dynamics and the practical application of Kolb’s learning cycle;
— English proficiency at B1+ level;
— Solid understanding of current L&D trends and experience working with LMS platforms.

Key responsibilities:
— Develop and deliver training programs for line staff and managers at all levels;
— Collaborate with department heads and HR to build competency maps for leadership roles;
— Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for managers;
— Track and report on the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives;
— Explore and introduce innovative tools and methods to boost managerial performance.
