🎯 Your Mission

You’ll lead the infrastructure behind our research and enrichment engine — deploying open-source LLMs on GPU infrastructure, orchestrating multi-cloud workflows, and scaling our pipelines to process millions of records across public and private data.

You’ll be the connective tissue between parsing, data, and AI — ensuring everything runs securely, scalably, and efficiently.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Deploy open-source LLMs on GPU clusters (Lambda Labs, Nebius, or self-hosted) and manage lifecycle/performance
• ⚙️ Orchestrate workflows using Prefect to handle document parsing, enrichment, and autonomous research agents
• 🧠 Build and maintain LangChain pipelines for document-level RAG, entity enrichment, and prompt chaining
• 🔐 Implement secure infra practices: IAM, audit logging, VPN/firewall, SOC 2 alignment
• 📈 Monitor and optimize GPU usage, job queue health, and cost-performance tradeoffs
• 🌍 Maintain multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure + AWS) across Postgres, Redis, and storage
• 🔌 Integrate tools like Unstructured.io and Browserless to support OSINT enrichment
• 🧪 Support LLM team with reproducibility, versioning, and automated evaluation pipelines

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years in DevOps, MLOps, or Infra Engineering
• Proven experience deploying open-source LLMs on cloud GPUs or bare metal
• Strong with LangChain, Prefect, Docker, GitHub Actions, and IaC (Terraform or Pulumi)
• Familiar with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Proficient in Python + shell scripting for automation

• Comfortable owning full infra lifecycle in a startup environment

   

🌟 Bonus Points

• Experience with LLMOps tools like LangFuse, LangSmith, W&B
• Knowledge of vector DBs (Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector)
• Background in OSINT, entity resolution, or data-intensive finance workflows
• Experience scaling document pipelines using Unstructured.io, Browserless, etc.

• Familiarity with GPU cost optimization and multi-agent scheduling
