Interops Developer (TypeScript / NEST Developer)

An experienced developer responsible for developing and optimizing the Interops Layer in a Composable Commerce setup.
Strong focus on DTOs (Data Transfer Objects), API contracts, YAML-based configurations, and Dockerized microservices.
Required Skills
Advanced NestJS + TypeScript expertise, with a strong focus on DTOs for API contracts.
Deep understanding of Data Transfer Objects (DTOs) in NestJS: validation, transformation, and serialization.
Expertise in Docker, containerized application development, and managing Docker Compose stacks.
Proficiency in YAML-based static configurations for API routes, rules, feature toggles, and environment settings.
Experience with API Design (REST) using well-structured DTOs.
Strong database modeling skills, using DTOs
Understanding of microservices communication patterns, including DTO-based messaging
Security-focused development, including DTO sanitization, API Gateway validation
CI/CD and DevOps experience, ensuring DTO schema compatibility in Dockerized deployments.

Advantage: B2B Commerce APIs, ensuring DTO alignment for seamless integrations.

The candidate should be located in Latvia/Lithuania or ready for relocation to any of these countries.
