Upwork Sales Hunter (B2B, AI/FinTech Outsourcing) to $1000
About Us:
We are Involve Software — a company that builds custom AI and IT solutions for FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Web3, and SaaS.
We operate in international markets (USA, EU, UK) and have a strong development team with proven case studies.
We’re currently launching a new client acquisition channel via Upwork — from scratch — and are looking for a Sales Partner who will:
- Create and manage their own Upwork agency account
- Build the sales funnel and drive the full client journey
- And most importantly — deliver results within the first 6–8 weeks, not “after onboarding”
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and configure an Upwork agency account (in collaboration with us)
- Optimize the profile, description, portfolio, filters, and notifications
- Daily search and apply to relevant jobs (within the defined ICP)
- Handle client communications and calls
- Independently manage negotiations and close deals (PoC, MVP, Full Dev)
- Align project requests with Involve’s tech coordinator before committing
- Regularly update lead statuses in HubSpot (we’ll show you the simple flow)
Who We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Proven experience working with Upwork on behalf of an agency or IT team
- Ability to launch a new account (setup, profile, first deals)
- Full-cycle understanding: from job application to contract signing
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in IT outsourcing/staffing in domains like AI, FinTech, SaaS, Web3
- Confident communication with decision-makers (CTO, CEO, Product Managers)

- Independence and initiative — you act, not wait
- Ability to understand project briefs and speak the client’s language
- High responsiveness and strong result-driven mindset

- Fixed monthly rate: $600–1000
- Commission: up to 10% of gross revenue from closed deals
