Azure Software Factory Architect (DevOps)

Project Description:
A leading global automotive manufacturer is launching a new Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) program, focusing on embedded systems and DevOps modernization. The goal is to design and implement a scalable software development environment tailored for multi-supplier automotive projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Agile Product Owner for the Software Factory domain
• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on customer needs and technical dependencies
• Define and track delivery milestones and service KPIs
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure alignment on software integration
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and features
• Support full lifecycle of the software factory platform, from planning to delivery
• Enable value delivery through iterative development and continuous stakeholder engagement

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven Product Owner experience in Agile setups with embedded/automotive software
• Strong knowledge of DevOps or Software Factory platforms for embedded development
• Experience in backlog grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
• Understanding of real-time systems and automotive standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ASPICE)
• Hands-on experience with software integration in multi-supplier environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
