Junior Bizdev/Affiliate Manager
We're opening an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Junior Business Development/Affiliate Assistant to join our iGaming team
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seeks and onboards new partners and brands;
- Analyzes market competitors on a regular basis (websites, keywords, etc.) and suggests a plan of necessary actions to stay competitive;
- Implements initiatives to boost traffics growth, explore new growth opportunities, and enhance ROI;
- Continuously optimizes existing partnerships;
- Analyzes results and quality of traffic for further optimization of cooperation model with brands/partners;
- Coordinates closely with the Integration Manager and technical team to ensure smooth setup and tracking accuracy;
- Ensures that weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs are met and achieved;
Requirements:
โ At least 1 year of experience in the B2B iGaming sector โ whether in a sales, account management, or similar client-facing role;
โ Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including its dynamics, key players, and trends;
โ Excellent English communication skills (b2 or higher);
โ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners or clients;
โ Quick thinker with a problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented and precise.
