We’re looking for a skilled developer to help us build an AI-powered user assistance tool for our SaaS platform. The goal is to reduce manual support by enabling users to get fast, accurate, and context-aware answers—based on our internal documentation, onboarding guides, feature descriptions, and support materials.

You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement a smart assistant that integrates directly into the app via a chat-like interface.

 What You’ll Do:

• Build and integrate an AI assistant capable of answering product-related user questions
• Ingest and process internal data (support docs, onboarding guides, etc.)
• Implement natural language understanding and retrieval-based answering
• Develop a seamless frontend (chat-style interface) or integrate with an existing one

• Optimize for speed, accuracy, and contextual relevance

   

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Python, Node.js or .NET (choose your strength)
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs or LLM-based assistants (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Understanding of data ingestion, embeddings, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)
• Ability to work independently and own the end-to-end implementation
• Bonus: experience with chatbot UIs, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.), or SaaS platforms
