We’re looking for a proactive Traffic Business Development to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be establishing, optimizing, and scaling partnerships with traffic owners and webmasters in SEO and Telegram verticals, targeting the Turkish and Azerbaijani markets. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a stable flow of high-quality traffic based on CPA / RS / Hybrid / Flat models.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with webmasters, SEO website owners, and Telegram channel admins in Turkey and Azerbaijan
  • Analyze and verify traffic sources to ensure quality and transparency
  • Negotiate and close partnerships based on CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, or Flat models
  • Maintain CRM systems and trackers for contacts, deal terms, and payouts
  • Monitor performance and ensure agreements are being met
  • Work with traffic analytics (engagement rates, conversions, channel performance)
  • Provide regular reporting and feedback to the team

Goals for the Trial Period (First 2–3 Months):

  • Conduct an overview of the SEO and Telegram traffic market in Turkey and Azerbaijan
  • Create and process a lead base of 50+ relevant traffic sources
  • Conduct at least 10 partnership negotiations per week
  • Close 5+ test partnership agreements based on traffic monetization models
  • Set up a tracking system for partner communication and payment requests
  • Provide a summary report on tools used, lead generation methods, and performance insights

     

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in business development, sales, affiliate marketing, or traffic partnerships
  • Familiarity with traffic monetization models: CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, Flat
  • Understanding of SEO traffic acquisition and Telegram channel dynamics
  • Knowledge of metrics: engagement rate, reach, click-throughs, conversions
  • Experience working with tools like Telemetrio, TGStat, Popsters, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Turkish or Azerbaijani digital markets is a strong advantage
