Algorithm Developer (Python)/Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled algorithm developer to join our client's team.

Now our client is looking for a very specific candidate.
Algorithmic experience is important.
Looking for a senior algo developer, with both MSC in CS/EE and considerable experience in algorithms to lead a project by himself, and also coding/engineering abilities , to write production code.

The role focuses on applied algorithms and engineering — using recent advances in DL/LLMs to develop new features and products. Recent projects include building and evaluating agents like a customer-facing chatbot, integrating and optimizing multiple LLMs and  prompt-engineering for classification tasks.
This role provides an opportunity to work on cutting-edge LLM technologies, deploy impactful solutions in production, and shape the future of AI-driven features and products.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the engineering, development and evaluation of algorithms in production. translating product requirements to scalable solutions, while collaborating with backend and frontend teams.
• Evaluate models/algorithms in production and enhance their quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
• Education: M.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a top University.
• At least 1.5 years of hands-on industry experience with LLMs
• At least 5 years hands-on industry experience in Machine-learning/Deep-learning, preferably with focus on the NLP field.
• Experience working on products in cloud environment (aws/azure/gcp or similar )
• Strong python programming skills. You will write production code.
• Great English communication skills
