Full-stack TypeScript + React Developer
Weโre looking for a Lead Full-stack TypeScript + React Developer to join our fintech team. If youโre passionate about building scalable systems, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have solid experience with trading platforms โ this oneโs for you. Youโll lead development efforts on a high-impact product used in the world of stocks and shares, working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
๐น Own and drive technical decisions across the stack (React, Node.js, Next.js)
๐น Design and implement robust, scalable solutions in a microservice architecture
๐น Collaborate with product and design teams to define and ship features
๐น Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code โ and inspire others to do the same
๐น Contribute to code reviews, mentor teammates, and promote engineering best practices
๐น Ensure quality and reliability through testing and documentation
๐น Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across the frontend and backend
๐น Stay on top of fintech trends and bring innovative ideas to the table
Required Skills
โ
8+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
โ
Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js
โ
Hands-on experience with Next.js and SSR principles
โ
Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
โ
Proven experience building or maintaining trading systems (stocks, shares, etc.)
โ
Familiarity with microservice architecture and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
โ
High level of initiative โ you donโt just code, you solve
โ
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
โ
B2+ English (both written and spoken)
โ
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
