Full-stack TypeScript + React Developer

Weโ€™re looking for a Lead Full-stack TypeScript + React Developer to join our fintech team. If youโ€™re passionate about building scalable systems, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have solid experience with trading platforms โ€” this oneโ€™s for you. Youโ€™ll lead development efforts on a high-impact product used in the world of stocks and shares, working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.


 Responsibilities
๐Ÿ”น Own and drive technical decisions across the stack (React, Node.js, Next.js)
๐Ÿ”น Design and implement robust, scalable solutions in a microservice architecture
๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with product and design teams to define and ship features
๐Ÿ”น Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code โ€” and inspire others to do the same
๐Ÿ”น Contribute to code reviews, mentor teammates, and promote engineering best practices
๐Ÿ”น Ensure quality and reliability through testing and documentation
๐Ÿ”น Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across the frontend and backend
๐Ÿ”น Stay on top of fintech trends and bring innovative ideas to the table


 Required Skills
โœ… 8+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
โœ… Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js
โœ… Hands-on experience with Next.js and SSR principles
โœ… Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
โœ… Proven experience building or maintaining trading systems (stocks, shares, etc.)
โœ… Familiarity with microservice architecture and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
โœ… High level of initiative โ€” you donโ€™t just code, you solve
โœ… Excellent communication and collaboration skills
โœ… B2+ English (both written and spoken)
โœ… Degree in Computer Science or a related field
