Full-stack TypeScript + React Developer
We’re looking for a Lead Full-stack TypeScript + React Developer to join our fintech team. If you’re passionate about building scalable systems, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have solid experience with trading platforms — this one’s for you. You’ll lead development efforts on a high-impact product used in the world of stocks and shares, working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
🔹 Own and drive technical decisions across the stack (React, Node.js, Next.js)
🔹 Design and implement robust, scalable solutions in a microservice architecture
🔹 Collaborate with product and design teams to define and ship features
🔹 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code — and inspire others to do the same
🔹 Contribute to code reviews, mentor teammates, and promote engineering best practices
🔹 Ensure quality and reliability through testing and documentation
🔹 Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across the frontend and backend
🔹 Stay on top of fintech trends and bring innovative ideas to the table
Required Skills
✅ 8+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
✅ Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js
✅ Hands-on experience with Next.js and SSR principles
✅ Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
✅ Proven experience building or maintaining trading systems (stocks, shares, etc.)
✅ Familiarity with microservice architecture and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
✅ High level of initiative — you don’t just code, you solve
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✅ B2+ English (both written and spoken)
✅ Degree in Computer Science or a related field
