Talent Sourcer (DevOps direction) Offline

Our company is looking for a Sourcer to help us find expert DevOps engineers for our team.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in DevOps talent sourcing, 
• Work with search tools (boolean search, x-ray, LinkedIn, social media) and finding non-standard pageviews
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS - CleverStaff) and other recruitment technology tools
• Ability to analyze and structure a large amount of information
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Part-time work (search for requested vacancy) 
• Long-term collaboration
• English — Intermediate+

Key responsibilities:

• Together with the HR/recruiter, build a strategy for finding specialists for the team
• Proactively search for and expand the pipeline of potential candidates through various channels
• Work with ATS and existing candidate database
• Contact candidates about open positions in the company
• Conduct searches and collect analytics on labor market trends and salary expectations of candidates
• Promote vacancies through professional communities, social networks, etc.
• Work with sourcing reporting and analytics
