Senior Automation QA Engineer Offline

FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of test automation experience
  • Strong expertise with Playwright for modern web application testing
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for building type-safe, maintainable test frameworks
  • Strong experience with gRPC testing in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST API testing using REST Assured or similar tools
  • Deep understanding of microservices testing patterns including integration and contract testing
  • Experience with CI/CD integration and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter , K6)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
     

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript for end-to-end testing
  • Develop robust API testing solutions with REST Assured and Java, ensuring comprehensive coverage of microservices
  • Build integration test suites that validate complex workflows across distributed systems
  • Create reusable test components and libraries that accelerate team productivity
  • Guide architectural decisions for test automation, balancing maintainability with execution speed
  • Mentor team members on best practices for TDD/BDD and clean code principles
  • Conduct code reviews ensuring high standards for test reliability and documentation
  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies for microservices architecture including contract testing
  • Design test data management solutions supporting multiple environments and compliance requirements
  • Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
  • Establish monitoring and alerting for test stability and performance metrics
  • Partner with DevOps teams to optimize test execution in containerized environments
  • Work with product owners to translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios
  • Coordinate with security teams to implement DevSecOps practices within automation workflows
  • Present testing strategies and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
