Web Developer / Designer Offline

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer / Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing responsive user interfaces based on modern web standards. Your main tools will include Figma for design and prototyping, and Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality UI/UX designs and prototypes in Figma
• Convert designs into responsive HTML/CSS layouts using Bootstrap and/or Tailwind
• Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end code with backend systems
• Maintain design consistency and usability across different platforms and screen sizes
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Figma for UI/UX design
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
• Attention to detail and passion for pixel-perfect implementation
• Familiarity with basic JavaScript or working in a frontend framework is a plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with component-based design systems
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) best practices
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
