Middle Node.js Engineer Offline

We are seeking a Middle Node.js Engineer to join an exciting crypto-related project!
You’ll work with a distributed team to build a high-performance and secure blockchain-based product with NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and AWS.

Project description

This project is a cryptocurrency-related platform that enables users to interact with blockchain networks through secure wallet operations, token management, and transaction processing. The platform is being built with performance, scalability, and security in mind — targeting a public release in approximately two months.

Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain backend services using NestJS and TypeORM
• Design and implement efficient PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
• Integrate and manage Redis for caching and session storage
• Set up and monitor Kafka for asynchronous task processing and messaging
• Implement secure and scalable integrations with Web3/crypto APIs
• Work with AWS services (e.g., S3, KMS, Lambda) to support infrastructure and storage needs
  
  Requirements
   
• 3+ years backend development experience
• Strong expertise with NestJS framework
• Experience with TypeORM and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Redis for caching
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka preferred)
• Familiarity with queue systems (Bull)
• Understanding of blockchain/cryptocurrency concepts
• AWS services experience (S3, KMS, Lambda)
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Experience with testing (Jest)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with microservices architecture
• English level - B2
  
  Would be a plus
   
• Previous experience with crypto wallet integrations
• Experience with Web3.js or similar libraries
• Knowledge of security best practices for crypto applications
• Experience with multi-signature wallets
