Project: A live Web3 rewards platform
 

About the Project:
This is a next-generation Web3 platform that gamifies daily tasks and user engagement through a unique reward and NFT system. We’re building a scalable, interactive, and rewarding ecosystem powered by blockchain, and are now expanding our core development team.
 

What You’ll Do:
Design and implement smart contracts (Solidity, EVM-compatible)
Integrate blockchain functionality into our full-stack app (React/Next.js frontend, Node.js backend)
Work closely with product, design, and other developers to shape and build Web3 features
Optimize gas usage, ensure contract security, and manage deployments
Contribute to overall architecture, toolchain, and dev workflows
 

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in software development
1+ year of hands-on experience with smart contracts (Solidity, Hardhat/Foundry)
Familiarity with Ethereum and/or EVM-compatible chains (Polygon, BNB, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative team workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
 

Nice to Have:
Experience with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155)
Prior contributions to open-source or Web3 projects
DevOps/infra experience related to blockchain deployment
Interest in gamification, loyalty systems, or crypto rewards
