Azure Data Factory Developer Offline

Our client is the leading SaaS provider of independent, highly automated financial aid management software solutions, that support diverse enrollment models for higher education institutions in the U.S. Our client's solutions interoperate with established student information systems to provide institutions with improved efficiencies, and fewer errors, new program growth opportunities, and enhanced financial aid services for students.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Azure Data Factory Developer to join product development team, which focuses on delivering high-quality products to our customer base using a fast-paced Agile development model. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory, with a strong focus on using Pipelines and Data Flows for the import/export of flat files.  This role requires someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, and thrives in environments with limited supervision.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Build and optimize Data Flows for data transformation and enrichment.
  • Develop solutions for importing and/or exporting flat files (CSV, TXT, JSON, etc.) from various sources including Azure Blob Storage, Rest APIs, and MongoDb
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ADF pipelines and data flows to ensure data accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Implement data quality checks, logging, and error handling mechanisms.
  • Maintain documentation for data integration processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Hands on experience working with Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong proficiency in building and managing ADF Pipelines and Mapping Data Flows.
  • Experience with flat file processing, including parsing, validation, and transformation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with minimal guidance and proactively seeking solutions.
