iOS - Android Developer. Video Real-Time Graphics

We’re expanding our team and looking for a mobile developer experienced in real-time video and photo processing at a native level — not just UI or players, but actual frame-by-frame processing, shaders, and GPU-accelerated rendering.
We want to understand if you have strong experience and confidence working with the following technologies:
📱 iOS:
- Swift, AVFoundation
- CoreImage (filters, transformations)
- Metal (writing and integrating custom shaders)
- Real-time video rendering
- Saving processed video to local storage
🤖 Android:
- Java/Kotlin
- OpenGL / GLSurfaceView
- GLSL shaders
- Real-time video rendering with zero freezes
- Outputting processed results to the file system
💡 General Skills:
- GPU/CPU optimization
- Understanding of video pipelines on mobile devices
- Maintaining smooth UI performance under high graphic loads
- Ability to explain architecture decisions and choose the most efficient stack
🔭 What’s Coming Next:
We’re working toward building our own video editor and player, inspired by the functionality of tools like CapCut. Experience or interest in the following areas will be a big plus:
- Cutting, merging, speeding up and slowing down video
- Timeline editing, audio tracks, transitions
- Real-time effects
- Basic face and body enhancements in video (skin smoothing, beauty filters, etc.)
- Integration with ML/AI-based features (not mandatory now, but interest in this is great)
