Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Trainee .NET Azure Cloud Engineer to join our technology team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working closely with experienced engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications and services using the .NET framework and Microsoft Azure.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in building and maintaining cloud-based applications using .NET and Azure services.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and enhance cloud-based solutions.
Gain practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies through real-world projects and mentoring.
Basic Qualifications:
- Foundational Knowledge: Familiarity with programming concepts and .NET technologies (e.g., C#).
- Azure Fundamentals: An understanding of core Azure Services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.
- Databases: Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Version Control: Awareness of version control systems (e.g., Git) or a strong interest in learning them.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Enthusiasm for solving technical problems and troubleshooting in a collaborative environment.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Learning Mindset: A strong desire to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
- English at least upper intermediate level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: software development experience, focusing on .NET technologies (C#, etc.).
- Education: Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- DevOps Basics: A willingness to explore DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud Security Awareness: A basic understanding or eagerness to learn about cloud security best practices, including identity management and compliance.

Job responsibilities
- Cloud Application Development: Assist in learning and contributing to the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications and services using .NET Core and Microsoft Azure under the guidance of senior team members.
- Azure Services Integration: Support the team in integrating Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage into applications while gaining hands-on experience.
- Code Implementation: Write basic, maintainable code using .NET technology with mentorship, following industry best practices and team guidelines.
- Testing and Debugging: Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting cloud applications to ensure performance and reliability, learning problem-solving strategies along the way.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and updating technical documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and processes as part of project learning.
- Continuous Learning: Actively engage in learning about the latest cloud technologies, especially Azure services, and best practices in cloud development to build technical expertise.
