Responsibilities

• Preparation of high-level documentation, requirements gathering
• High-level negotiations
• Communication with clients
• Understanding of customers' needs, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the services
• Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using our CRM solution
