Game Mathematician for International Gaming Provider

Right now, we are looking for a Games Mathematician who wants to join us in our fight against industry monotony.

You are a highly motivated and experienced mathematician with a desire to develop the next great gaming mechanic while challenging yourself and the industry with new and exciting games that stand out in a growing Sea of Sameness.

You will be qualified and experienced in all aspects of game mathematics. Highly motivated, a team player, excellent analytical skills and a proven track record as well as a thirst to work side-by-side with the team developing some of the world’s greatest games.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Ensuring that RAW’s math profiles are engaging and exciting for our players
• Active participation in setting parameters, while keeping games mathematically and mechanically compliant with all jurisdictions
• Keeping Raw up to date with market trends and collate market leading ideas for math designs and improvements
• Creating defined specifications (Math Design / Profiling Document) for the games
• Providing architects with analysis and data insights to ensure that Game Studios receive the necessary information to produce the game
• Accountability for targets, goals and objectives for your game productions, in accordance with the RAW Game Roadmap
• Active collaboration with Team Management in the Game Studios on new game ideas and mechanics
• Close collaboration with Certification and Release managers in the Project Delivery team

• Aligning with stakeholders to secure transparency and clear communication for mathematical, technical and operational matters

   

You're our ideal Mathematician if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Game Mathematician
• Hold a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science
• Have the right to work within EU.
• Have a deep understanding of the iGaming market
• Care about player’s needs and preferences
• Understand what developers and studios need, mathematically speaking
• Can tell what makes a game successful, from a mathematical perspective
• Are fluent in English
