Manual QA Engineer (offline)
We are seeking a QA Engineer who will work with development and business teams to identify use cases across a variety of environments for User Acceptance Testing. This role will help automate testing processes, procedures and oversee the quality of selected technology projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in a web development environment and a history of writing User Acceptance Test plans and scripts.
Responsibilities:
Write test cases based on requirements for front-end web application on desktop and mobile
Perform manual testing to validate user experience
Verify API responses and Database to perform thorough end to end testing
Write test scripts for front-end application and API services
Report bugs, log defects and prepare test reports
Deliver test scripts in a fast-paced 2 weeks Agile sprint
Plan test cases for projects before development
Proactively participate in Agile ceremonies
Work closely with product and development teams to deliver the best quality
Requirements:
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and test to break attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of test automation tools like Cucumber, Selenium
would be a huge plus
Experience in automation with WebdriverIO (or similar JavaScript frameworks for test automation)
Experience troubleshooting issues and identifying the root cause and writing easy to reproduce tickets in tools like Jira
Experience with CI tools (preferably Jenkins)
Experience with cross-browser testing (preferably using some cloud-based tools)
Ability to provide technical help/guidance to other QA team members

Working with the leading SaaS provider of casting, booking and audition management software to the entertainment and modeling industries worldwide (film, television, commercial, digital, and print projects, facilitating over a million auditions per year).
