Full Stack Developer Next Node

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with team leadership experience who can take ownership of features across both backend and frontend systems, while coordinating and guiding a team of developers. You will contribute directly to development and also ensure technical consistency and structured collaboration within the team.  

  You'll play a key role in turning complexity into clarity - coordinating with non-technical and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and consistent execution.

 Clear communication, system thinking, and process-oriented work are essential.  

Responsibilities

-Lead a team of developers: provide technical guidance, review implementation, and support growth.

-Design and implement backend services, APIs, and asynchronous processing logic.

-Develop responsive, performant frontend components using Next.js.

-Collaborate with product and engineering peers to turn specifications into maintainable systems.

-Integrate external and internal APIs.

-Build reliable processing logic: scheduling, retries, error handling, monitoring.

-Coordinate planning, task breakdown, estimation, and prioritization processes.

-Ensure code quality through standards, reviews, and well-defined development workflows.

Requirements

-5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

-Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.
-Production experience with Next.js.
-Advanced SQL knowledge.
-Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and task queue management (e.g., BullMQ, RabbitMQ).
-Experience leading or mentoring engineers on delivery, structure, and quality.
-Comfortable using structured approaches to planning and managing work (Agile, OKR, issue tracking).
-English proficiency for written specs, documentation, and video calls.
