Who We're Looking For

An active B2B Sales Manager who is ready to search for new clients, conduct negotiations, present cutting-edge logistics solutions, and build long-term partnerships in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for new B2B clients (manufacturers, distributors, logistics companies, brokers)
  • Establish contact via email, phone, or Zoom; deliver effective presentations of the company's services
  • Identify client needs and prepare personalized commercial offers
  • Conduct negotiations, close deals, and sign contracts
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat sales (upsell, cross-sell)

Requirements:

  • English — Advanced (C1) level: confident in both spoken and written business communication
  • 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Practical understanding of logistics, freight transportation, or international brokerage
  • Knowledge of the U.S. logistics market is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills with executives (CEO, COO)
  • High level of independence, responsibility, proactivity, and results orientation

Working Conditions:

  • Schedule: Day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. market hours)
  • Office: Comfortable workspace near Vasylkivska metro station, Kyiv
  • English classes twice a week to improve communication skills
