Must-Have Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Go
• Strong knowledge of Go standard library and popular frameworks (Gin, Echo, Fiber)
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Solid understanding of OOP, functional programming principles, and Go-specific concepts (goroutines, channels)
• Familiarity with core design patterns and architectural principles
• Proven experience in developing REST APIs and web services
• English: confident reading of technical documentation, basic spoken level

Soft Skills:

• Ability to receive and process feedback constructively
• Capability to provide clear and helpful feedback to peers
• Teamwork and pair programming skills
• Willingness to collaborate closely with the team lead and receive regular feedback
• Openness to learning and professional development

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers
• Knowledge of ORMs/query builders (GORM, sqlx)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of microservice architecture
• Experience in performance optimization and profiling
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
