About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer to join our team. You will be a key player in developing new features, tackling complex challenges, and driving the technical direction of our core products. This is a role for someone who loves to code, solve problems, and collaborate in a thriving team environment.

In this role, you will:

- Take ownership of developing and delivering high-quality features for our core products.
- Collaborate closely with your team in agile processes like grooming and sprint planning to shape our roadmap.
- Address and reduce technical debt systematically.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the architectural decisions.

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of commercial experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js.
- Solid professional experience with TypeScript and frameworks like NestJS.
- Proficiency with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL, and familiarity with Redis and WebSockets.
- A solid understanding of SOA/Microservices architecture, including its principles, patterns, and communication strategies.
- Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency

Bonus Points if You Have:

- Experience with frontend development (React or Vue.js).
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience building resilient, distributed systems using asynchronous messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Temporal.io).
