Middle+ Flutter Developer (FinTech Experience)

We are a fast-growing tech company building next-generation FinTech solutions, and we’re looking for a Middle+ Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The product is a feature-rich financial application focused on security, performance, and an exceptional user experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (iOS/Android)
• Integrate with backend APIs (auth, payment gateways, banking systems, etc.)
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, estimations, and continuous improvement processes
• Work with features such as push notifications, deeplinks, offline mode, and secure local storage
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and QA engineers
  
  Requirements:
• 3.5+ years of commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
• Previous experience working on FinTech applications or products
• Solid knowledge of State Management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, OAuth2
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
• Ability to write clean, testable, and secure code (unit, widget, integration tests)
• Understanding of secure development practices (e.g., secure storage, code obfuscation)
  
  Nice to Have:
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store / Google Play
• Familiarity with crypto wallets, payment systems, or KYC/AML modules
• Previous experience working in startups or international teams
