Middle QA-manual engineed

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Middle QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of complex enterprise applications through both manual and automated testing. This role requires analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on business and functional requirements for CRM/ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to understand system features and functionalities.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for web-based and back-office CRM/ERP applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Validate data integrity and flows between systems, including APIs and database backends.
• Contribute to test plans, test strategies, and QA process improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain and enhance automated test scripts when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance, including hands-on testing of CRM and/or ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and QA methodologies.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., PHP, JavaScript).
• Experience testing integrations between CRM/ERP systems and third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics platforms, inventory systems).
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
