Flutter Developer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile application development;
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a solid understanding of the framework's architecture and lifecycle;
• Extensive experience working with various state management solutions within Flutter (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX, etc.);
• Demonstrated ability to build and deliver high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile applications;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Will be a plus:

• Native iOS development experience (Swift/Objective-C);
• Native Android development experience (Kotlin/Java);
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications;

Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce best practices for mobile application architecture, coding standards, and testing;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions;
• Oversee code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies, particularly within the Flutter ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues;
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for mobile development.
