Job Title: QA Lead

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Lead to head our QA team. The Lead QA will oversee testing activities, establish and coordinate QA processes, and ensure the delivery of polished, high-quality games. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on deep knowledge of game testing methodologies (including QA automation), and a passion for delivering excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the efforts of the QA team to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Develop and enforce testing standards, processes, and best practices across projects.
• Apply QA automation processes to cover all components of game development.
• Design and review test plans, cases, and scripts for complex features and systems.
• Oversee bug tracking, prioritization, and resolution workflows.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and production teams to communicate testing progress and issues.
• Manage resource allocation and testing schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work with teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure all releases meet quality standards and perform acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Report on QA metrics and quality status to senior management.
• Stay current with industry testing tools, techniques, and trends.

Qualifications: 

• Significant experience in game QA/testing
• Significant experience and knowledge of QA automation. 
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience in the iGaming industry is a big plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages relevant to testing.
• Strong understanding of cross-platform testing and performance optimization.
