Flutter Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join a dynamic project in the banking and finance sector. This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity for candidates located in Poland, with the potential for extension after the initial 3-month term.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter
• 4+ years of experience in mobile development
• Solid knowledge of Dart and modern mobile development practices
• Strong grasp of clean architecture principles
• Hands-on experience with state management tools: BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod
• Familiarity with dependency injection
• Experience working with SQLite or Drift for data persistence
• Ability to write clear and maintainable unit tests
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written), essential for working with English-speaking clients

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Codemagic)
• Familiarity with static code analysis
• Understanding of reactive programming using RxDart
• Experience integrating native platform features via channel methods
• Previous involvement in app publishing to Google Play and App Store
• Skills in writing and executing UI tests
• Ability to implement Material Design and Cupertino components and animations
