Middle/Senior C# Developer

Our client is scaling its Azure Infrastructure Buildout  covering Linux ABSL, Reporting, EcoManager, and Lionrock/Quota RP scopes. This managed‐service role involves developing and enhancing BSL support processes on Linux and Windows, integrating toolsets, and providing 8/7 DRI coverage during European business hours. You will join a team of Lead, Senior, Middle, and Junior engineers to deliver stable, production‐ready solutions and clear support documentation.

Requirements:
 

  • 3+ years of C# development experience on both .NET Framework and .NET (Modern);
  • Solid understanding of Linux (networking, debugging, package management);
  • Solid understanding of Windows (networking, debugging, PowerShell or batch scripting);
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues on Linux and Windows servers;
  • Availability for 8/7 DRI support for Sev2 incidents (9 AM–5 PM CET, Mon–Sun, incl. holidays) and 8/5 DRI support for Sev3 incidents (9 AM–5 PM CET, Mon–Fri);
  • Ability to write and maintain concise Technical Support Guides (TSGs) and runbooks;
  • Strong communication skills for remote coordination across European time zones.

Nice to Have:
 

  • SRE or DevOps experience (CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring);
  • Familiarity with Azure components (VMs, networking, storage, IAM);
  • Experience integrating or supporting BSL/ABSL toolsets;
  • Exposure to reporting platforms or EcoManager‐style products;
  • Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell);
  • Prior managed‐service or “follow‐the‐sun” support experience.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and maintain C# integrations between BSL toolsets and Linux/Windows environments;
  • Troubleshoot networking and application issues on Linux servers (connectivity, permissions, logs);
  • Troubleshoot service and configuration issues on Windows servers (services, registry, networking);
  • Provide 8/7 DRI support for Sev2 incidents (acknowledge, investigate, mitigate) and 8/5 DRI support for Sev3 incidents;
  • Author and update TSGs and runbooks for new features and common support scenarios;
  • Collaborate with team members to review code, participate in design discussions, and mentor junior engineers;
  • Attend up to one weekly status meeting (1-2 time a week, as late as 22:00 CET) to align on progress and incident trends.

Allowed locations:
Bulgaria, Poland, Serbia, Croatia, Portugal, Bosnia, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Denmark (less preferable: Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Egypt).
