Full-Stack Developer (Python + React)

We are currently hiring an expert-level Full- Stack developer to lead our project. This is a full-time role that requires full focus and dedication. If you're currently employed elsewhere or looking for a second job, this position is not a fit.

Our platform connects businesses with talent from all over the world so they can book, hire, and collaborate seamlessly.

We're building a smart AI-powered chatbot that lets our users ask natural language questions  and instantly get the answer, using our internal contact database and credit system.

We’re at an exciting point in our roadmap:

• Our internal CRM is currently built in Symfony (PHP) and will be rebuilt in Python
• Our customer-facing platform is built on WordPress with a credit-based access system

• We’re investing in AI to make our platform more intuitive and powerful for both customers and our internal team

   

This chatbot is the first of several AI tools we’re planning to build.

🛠️ What You’ll Build

You’ll lead development of a self-contained AI chatbot that:

• Embeds into our WordPress site
• Accepts user input via a modern chat interface
• Sends queries to OpenAI (or Claude) to interpret natural language
• Queries our internal celebrity/representation database
• Checks the user’s credit balance and plan
• Displays representative contact info (if available), and deducts a credit

The chatbot will be the foundation for more advanced features, including list-building tools, outreach workflows, and internal productivity enhancements.

🧩 Your Responsibilities

• Develop a clean and embeddable chat interface (React preferred)
• Build and deploy a backend service (FastAPI or equivalent)
• Integrate with our WordPress system for authentication and credit control
• Connect to our internal database/API to retrieve celebrity data
• Interface with OpenAI or Claude for question understanding
• Ensure secure and fair credit handling (e.g., only deduct if valid result is returned)

• Test and deploy the system end-to-end

   

💡 Skills We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience with Python, preferably with FastAPI or Flask
• Frontend experience using React or similar (Vue, Svelte)
• Solid understanding of API development, auth systems, and deployment
• Experience working with OpenAI API or other LLMs (especially function-calling)

• Ability to integrate with WordPress for user validation and credit logic

   

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Symfony or working with legacy PHP systems
• Familiarity with token-based auth (JWT) and session handling
• Prior work on AI tools, GPT interfaces, or chatbot products

• Comfortable making architectural decisions and working independently
