AMLBot — international project with Ukrainian origins. We develop compliance tools (AML, KYC, KYT) to protect users from dirty money risks while interacting with CeFi & DeFi projects.

Today our service is used by 5K+ Crypto Companies (exchanges, OTC desks, and other DeFi / CeFi businesses) and 220K+ active users.

Our goal is to create an honest and transparent crypto market and to make available to everyone a tool to protect their reputation and assets.

What we want in return:

• 1+ years of experience in partnership, referral, or affiliate management roles
• Hands-on experience in the Crypto / Blockchain industry
• Proven ability to drive measurable growth through partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you know how to build trust and close deals
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI
• Proactive, independent, and excited about building from 0 to 1

• Fluent in English (B2+) and Ukrainian.

   

What we will do together:

• Build and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, communities, and other potential collaborators
• Own and scale our referral program: from launching new campaigns to optimizing performance
• Track key metrics and ROI — analyze what works, what doesn’t, and pivot quickly
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams to align partnership strategy with business goals

• Experiment and innovate — bring new ideas to the table to attract and retain users through external collaboration
