Senior React Developer

About the Project

We are working with a Dutch company to develop a modern recruitment portal that streamlines hiring processes for both employers and candidates. The platform serves thousands of users and aims to deliver a seamless digital experience. As part of the team, you’ll join a tech-forward environment where AI tools are widely used to boost productivity :)

We’re looking for a Senior React Developer to contribute to the evolution of the platform’s frontend. You will work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-centric features. :)

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance new and existing features of the recruitment platform using React and Next.js

• Ensure clean, scalable, and well-documented code

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver UI/UX excellence

• Optimize application performance and handle state management effectively

• Implement component and integration testing for a reliable release process

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React, Next.js

• Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows

• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

• English level B2+ for daily communication with the team

• Familiarity with TypeScript and component libraries

Nice to Have

• Experience working on recruitment or HR-related platforms

• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library

• Experience with Vue.js
