Role Overview:

We are handpicking a Senior QA Automation & DevOps Engineer based in Eastern Europe (fluent in English), deeply experienced in automation-driven quality assurance and infrastructure management. You will lead our automated testing strategies, streamline deployments, and manage robust cloud infrastructure on GCP, ensuring reliability and rapid scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

QA Automation:

• Architect and maintain automated testing frameworks (integration, regression, load, performance).
• Develop comprehensive test suites leveraging tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and JMeter.
• Establish rigorous automated test processes within CI/CD pipelines, enabling rapid, high-quality releases.
• Proactively monitor application performance and reliability, ensuring immediate issue identification and resolution.
• Drive a culture of quality by mentoring teams on best practices in automation and testing.
   

DevOps & Infrastructure Automation:

• Design, build, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Manage and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Automate deployment workflows, infrastructure provisioning, and system monitoring.
• Lead infrastructure monitoring strategies, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• Document infrastructure and operational processes clearly and thoroughly for effective team collaboration.
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of combined professional experience in QA automation and DevOps roles.
• Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter).
• Advanced proficiency with GCP infrastructure automation and management.
• Deep experience creating and managing automated CI/CD workflows.
• Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication, with excellent documentation and collaborative abilities.
   

Preferred:

• Expertise with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in gaming, social, AR/VR, or rapidly scaling startup environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.
