Role Overview:

We’re handpicking a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer based in Eastern Europe—fluent in English—who is passionate about building technologies that foster authentic human connection. You’ll help us architect and develop robust, scalable web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Go, Gin, GORM, HTMX, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop backend REST APIs and microservices with PostgreSQL database integrations.
• Implement interactive, performant frontend components.
• Create integrations and automations with Discord using Go and Python.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to build intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding best practices.
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong expertise in Go, Gin framework, and GORM.
• Experience building interactive web applications using HTMX, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL database management and optimization.
• Hands-on experience integrating and automating Discord bots with Go and Python.
• Solid experience deploying and managing infrastructure using GCP services.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
   

Preferred:

• Previous experience building social apps, community-driven products, or gamified experiences.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
